Submit Information
If you feel your organisation or service is relevant to the needs of the people of County Durham, you can submit your information and we will add it onto our Directions database. Before submitting information please read and understand to the Directions declaration. Note that the submission process is entirely free of charge and details can be submitted in a number of ways:
- By Telephone
Call us on tel: 0191 370 8838 to request a submission form which we will send to you through the post. - By Post
Apply in writing for a submission form which you can fill in and return to us. Please find our postal address on the Directions welcome page. - By Email
Request a submission form by emailling us at directions@durham.gov.uk and inserting 'Submission Form' in the subject line. - Using an Online Form
Use the Community Information Online Online Submission to simply fill in your details on screen. Please note, you will be contacted by post to supply a 'verification signature'.
After Submitting your informaition
Following submission a process of quality controls is undertaken before details are added to the database. We cannot guarantee that all information will be added to the database, however, if the information is suitable, it will be included and will be made available throughout our many products.Please note that all information is covered by data protection procedures.
Organisations and service providers will be contacted annually to check and update their information. Should information require amendments prior to this time, please contact us immediately with changes.
